The guarantee, both halves

   You do not pay until you have stopped a real run yourself, on a folder you chose, and watched the files come back.

2. 02

   If at the end of month one it has not taken over at least four recurring jobs end to end — noticed, offered, run, and you kept the result — that month is refunded in full and the subscription ends. You keep the audit and the journal. “Took it over” is defined from your side: a job you did not ask for that you chose not to undo.

What happens next, and when

1. Today

   Nothing is charged. You get a confirmation stating the price and the date of your install.

2. Within three days

   Install, done together, about 45 minutes. The signed installer does not exist yet, so this is by hand and said plainly rather than hidden. You sign each hand yourself — it prints what it changes, whether it can be undone, what it reads and whether anything leaves the machine, and you type its id back to accept.

3. Days 3 to 17

   The fourteen-day audit runs, content-free by construction. At the end you get your list of what recurred, in minutes and occurrences, read personally before it is sent.

4. Day 17

   The four hands are switched on against the jobs your own audit surfaced.

5. First invoice

   The month the agent runs unattended on your Mac — and month one is covered by the guarantee above.

Every founding seat gets its fourteen-day audit read personally before anything is recommended. That is about 20 minutes each. 200 is what one person can actually do.

The first 20 whose audit turns up a recurring job none of the four hands cover get a fifth hand written and signed to that job, at no charge. That is capacity, not a tier: nobody pays more or less for being inside or outside it.
